In recent years we've truly learnt the art of chilling. Unfortunately record companies' perceptions of what we need to chill normally concentrate on the same six or seven acts and a few rogue additions. 'Escape To Formentera' is a compilation that goes against the grain. While the likes of Groove Armada and Blue States do make appearances, the inclusion of their lesser known tracks immediately suggests that the compilers of this have paid a bit more attention to detail than simply studying which barcodes are in the top 10 chill best-sellers at HMV. Here's your chance to escape from the norm - don't follow the herd, 'Escape To Formentera'. 4/5
